Such a tempting dessert!  Use as a cheese ball, a sweet  dip, a filling for a pie, cannolis, eclairs, Angel Food tarts. 

The possibilities are endless and the taste is superb!

Directions for New York Cheese Cake:  Dissolve package with 1/4 cup warm water. Mix in 8 ounces softened cream cheese until smooth, using a mixer if necessary.  Fold in 8 ounces whipped topping, such as Cool-Whip, with a spatula. Pour in desired graham cracker pie shell. Sprinkle with topping provided. Refrigerate for at least TWO HOURS before serving.

Directions for Dip, Frosting, Filling and Parfaits using New York Cheese Cake mix:  Mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 8 ounces of whipped topping and packet of mix in a large bowl.  Mix with a hand mixer. Fill Phyllo shells, Angel Food Tarts cannolis or cream puffs. Use to dip with fruit, sweet crackers, grahams or cookies.  Frost your favorite cake or cupcakes. Make into a parfait with fruits as shown below. MAY BE FROZEN.


Directions for Cheese Ball using New York Cheese Cake mix:  Mix packet with 16 ounces of softened cream cheese.  Refrigerate until firm, about one hour.  Remove from frig, WET HANDS, and shape into a ball or 2 logs.  Sprinkle with topping provided in smaller package.
ALSO use as a flavoring in cottage cheese, plain or frozen yogurt, shakes and ice cream.
