A Savory Multi-Purpose Blend of Herbs
Your options are unlimited with this unbelievably delicious herbal mix. Use this blend as a dipping oil, a rub or marinade, in your favorite Bruchetta recipe, or as a "secret" ingredient in your green beans or salads.
Directions for DIPPING OIL: Mix herbs with 1 cup olive oil; serve with your favorite appetizer bread.
Directions for RUB: Gently rub 2 tablespoons of oil and the herb mixture on a 4 lb roast before cooking.
Directions for MARINADE: Marinate 3 to 4 lbs of chicken or beef overnight before cooking. (1 hour will do, but overnight is better!)
Directions for BRUCHETTA: Brush oil and herb blend on sourdough bread. Toast in the oven. Add slices of roma tomatos on top of the bread before sprinkling with cheese.
