Exchange Policy

In Store Purchase Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges only (no cash or credit refunds) within 14 days of original in store purchase. If you don't absolutely love it, it doesn't fit or it has an obvious manufacturer defect we will gladly exchange your item or issue you a store gift card for the amount that you paid for the item being exchanged.

In order for us to accept and exchange an item, the item returned must be unworn, unused and in new condition. Item must be clean and in same condition as when first purchased, free from odors or pet hair and store tags still attached.

You must provide a gift receipt or original receipt of purchase for us to promptly process your exchange or store credit.

Items that can not be returned are all seasonal,clearance, special order, personalized or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.  

Online Store Purchase Exchange Policy:

Due to the nature of online purchasing and the inability to try on items before you purchase, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refund for online purchases within 14 days of the original online purchase.

Once we receive the item and determine that it is eligible for exchange, credit, or refund, we will process the refund through our online payment platform, not through our physical store location. It may take a few days for your refund to be credited to your account.
