Exchange Policy
We offer exchange or store credit only (no cash or credit refunds) within 14 days of original in store or online purchase. If you don't absolutely love it, it doesn't fit or it has an obvious manufacturer defect we will gladly exchange your item or issue you a store gift card for the amount that you paid for the item being exchanged.
In order for us to accept and exchange an item, the item returned must be unworn, unused and in new condition. Item must be clean and in same condition as when first purchased, free from odors or pet hair and store tags still attached.
You must provide a gift receipt, original receipt, packing slip, or order number of purchase for us to promptly process your exchange or store credit.
Items that can not be returned are all seasonal,clearance, special order, personalized or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. Â

Return package must be post marked within 14 days of original purchase
Return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake by us or your item was damaged when you received it.
For exchange of all online purchases,please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
